09 Account Suspension & Closure

10 Intellectual Property

Members may submit a dispute by contacting rg7775 customer support, providing the full details of the disputed transaction or event. rg7775 will respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for review and determination under PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures applicable to licensed operators. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts for matters that cannot be resolved through regulatory processes.

13 Amendments to These Terms

rg7775 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Member rights or obligations — rg7775 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' advance notice via the email address registered on the Member's account and/or a prominent notice posted on the Platform homepage.
